Governance

The cluster’s management is governed by its Internal Regulations. These define the members and partners, membership and exclusion criteria, the process of joining and exclusion, as well as the operation of the Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board is made up of member companies and public or private partners. The cluster’s activities are carried out by a management team based at hub.brussels

All member companies must sign the membership charter, in which they agree to an active participation in the cluster’s activities, and in return, hub.brussels commits to providing the 5 clustering services (see the missions page).

The Advisory Board

The Advisory Board is an advisory body that represents the interests of the cluster and its members. Its mission is to guide the development and evolution of the cluster’s activities depending on the requirements in the field. It guides the cluster’s development strategy and action to support its members with the aim of territorial economic development in the Brussels-Capital Region.

The Advisory Board consists of member companies and public or private partners (large corporations, academic or research centres, institutions, etc.).

A new Advisory Board is set to be appointed shortly.
