By investing nearly 3 million euros a year, screen.brussels finances productions of dramas, documentaries, animations and special formats. Three times a year, projects are selected based on mainly economic criteria (confirmed financing, minimum expenditure, etc.) and their ability to enhance the image and/or reputation of the Brussels Capital Region.
In 2024, the due dates are :
- Friday 12 January 2024: Dossier submission (before 5 pm)
23 February 2024: Decision* - Friday 31 May 2024: Dossier submission (before 5 pm)
9 July 2024: Decision* Friday 13 September 2024: Dossier submission (before 5 pm)
22 October 2024: Decision*
UPDATE 29/02/2024: Given the large number of projects selected during the January session, the May and September sessions will be combined. The balance of the annual budget will therefore be allocated in one go to projects submitted before 31 May.
