The National Institute of Radioelectricity and Cinematography (INRACI) is a French-speaking film, photography and electronics school based in Brussels. It is Belgium’s oldest film school, founded by filmmaker Henri Storck. lNRACI is part of the FELSI network and declares itself to be free and non-denominational.
