Description
Founded in 1974, citydev.brussels (formerly SDRB) aims to attract and retain industrial, semi-industrial and craft companies and high added-value services in the region by offering them real estate infrastructure (land or buildings) at attractive conditions and prices. Citydev also offers private individuals new housing subsidised by the Brussels Capital Region. These missions are defined in the management contract signed with the Government of the Brussels Capital Region.
