Founded in 2004, Taxshelter.be is a company specialising in tax optimisation in Belgium, offering solutions that enable individuals and companies to benefit from tax advantages through investments in audiovisual projects, theater projects and, since 2023, video games. Thanks to tailored support, it facilitates access to the ‘Tax Shelter’ mechanism and thus helps to bring creative projects to fruition.
Taxshelter.be’s collaboration with ING bears witness to a solid partnership in which the bank plays a key role in supporting the projects financed, thereby consolidating the cultural funding ecosystem in Belgium. Taxshelter.be also works closely with Shelter Prod, its sister production company that selects and develops these cultural projects, ensuring a direct link between the tax investment and the production of the works.
With more than 1,000 works financed, €170 million raised, and working with more than 60 French- and Dutch-speaking producers, the company is approved by the FPS Finance and its prospectus has been validated by the FSMA.
