The VKRS Festival, the unique event celebrating the art of music videos, returns for the seventh time from 27 to 29 November 2025. Our play.brussels cluster is once again partnering with the event for its latest edition.

A true showcase for contemporary audiovisual creation, the Video Killed the Radio Star – VKRS festival has established itself as an essential hub for enthusiasts, professionals and students in the sector. Since its inception, the VKRS Festival has promoted cultural diversity, boundless creativity and artistic daring. Its programme showcases talent from around the world while actively supporting the development of the national scene. The public can discover innovative works, discuss the challenges of music videos and forge links at this vibrant event.

Thursday 27/11
6:00 p.m.: Drinks with partners and special guests
8:00 p.m.: Opening ceremony
8:30–11:00 p.m.: Screenings – national and international competitions + Best of VKRS
Friday 28/11
4.30pm–7pm: Professional meeting ‘Clip dating’ (with Amplo, Playright and Sabam)
8pm–10.30pm: Screenings – national and international competitions + Best of VKRS
Saturday 29/11
6:00–7:30 p.m.: Screenings – national and international competitions + Best of VKRS
8:30–10:00 p.m.: Closing ceremony + screening of speed-clipping clips
10:00 p.m.: After-Party DJ set
