Like previous years, the play.brussels cluster is a partner of the Anima Festival and the Futuranima programme.
From 3 to 8 March 2025, these days for professionals and students are an opportunity to discover the trends and explore the issues affecting the animation film sector. Short and feature-length films, creation and development, financing and co-production, links with video games, VFX or illustration… All these themes are addressed at Futuranima.
This year, Anima is teaming up with Games.Brussels and play.brussels for a round-table discussion ‘From video game to animated series’ and a meeting with the studio behind the game adaptation of ‘Gloomy Eyes’.
Another highlight will be the Brotaru , game developers meet-up, organised by Games.Brussels on 3 March.
