This workshop is aimed at professionals who want to strengthen the financial stability of their projects and businesses. The information session will highlight the specific challenges related to cash flow in the audiovisual sector, which is characterised by irregular production cycles and often long payment terms. Participants will discover practical tools for improving budget planning, anticipating and automating invoicing, and securing financing. Through case studies and discussions with experts, this morning session will offer concrete ideas for optimising cash flow management.
